The wonderful combination of sweet and tart. Sweet succulent mango blended with tart lemons and hibiscus give this cup a full bodied taste with a nice balance. Add a touch of sugar to really get the mango to pop!

Water: 212°F / Leaves: 1-1.5 teaspoon per 8 ounces / Infusion Time: 5–7 minutes
